Our Story
Integrity Engineering was started by an individual who grew tired of the trend in modern business practices. Tired of seeing trusting clients get taken advantage of, tired of watching dedicated / hard working employees mistreated, tired of price increases due to market demand, and tired of seeing company layoffs to boost the bottom line. Our pricing model is based on cost, our rates are the same for every client, we do not outsource any service, we do not pay sales commissions, we do not work with paid lead services, and our advertising budget is less than 1% of our revenue.
Owner Landon Troxclair was given a vision for something different, something rewarding, something noble. He wanted to create a company where employee, employer, and client have a mutually beneficial relationship. A company that puts people before profits.
We ensure our purpose and values are at the heart of all that we do; they are the fuel that drives us to be better as a company and as individuals. United in purpose, we believe God will continue to use us to impact our communities as an engineering company in ways we cannot imagine.

Landon Troxclair, PE
Principal Engineer
From the time Landon was a child building treehouses and bicycle ramps, his love for design and construction was evident. He grew up in Ponchatoula where he worked for a local residential contractor through high school and during the summers at college. He graduated from Louisiana Tech University earning a degree in Civil Engineering and after a short intern period obtained his license to practice engineering in the state of Louisiana. Over the course of his career, Landon has completed projects involving structural design, civil design, project management, estimating, machine design, and product development.
A problem solver at heart, he feels accomplished finding a way when the path may be unclear. He is his own worst critic and holds himself to high standards of workmanship, client satisfaction, professionalism, and ethics. Blessed to be the husband of an amazing wife and father of two amazing children, the majority of his time away from the office is spent with them. Landon enjoys doing projects around the house, exercising, hunting, and boating.
Jacob Hernandez
Engineering Technician
Jacob grew up in Covington where he worked for his family in residential construction. He graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a degree in Engineering Technologies. Always being a tinkerer and problem solver, Jacob’s interests range from coding and simple robotics to renovating homes and construction. When he’s not working you can usually find him reading somewhere or enjoying the outdoors.
